      I work with an amazing team of colleagues and leaders. Wish it was replicated in other key areas. However, there’s positive momentum for better leadership in other areas. Good compensation and benefits, amazing colleague and mission driven organization, opportunities for growth and learning.

      Cons

      Work life balance is hard to gauge at times. CEO needs to listen to his leaders and pay close attention to what is not being said.
