Great place to work and grow

Pros

I have loved my time working at HS. I started just before the pandemic began and they handled that transition with grace. The people at the company are all friendly and welcoming. DEI efforts have been a big focus in hiring. Leadership is transparent and managers work with ICs on their goals and growth path. The company has great benefits, including unlimited PTO (which they actually encourage you to take advantage of) and really support a healthy work/life balance.

Cons

It's a fast-growing startup, so there are some growing pains, but leadership does everything they can to address that. Wish there was a 401k matching program

Pros

Great mission driven company that is reaching new heights especially during a pandemic! With a recent Series E fundraise, a $1.5b evaluation, and multiple new Handshakers being hired each week - it's an amazing time to join! The company is making a true impact in the space, they truly care about their employees, fantastic leadership, and colleagues are truly humble and wonderful people. Always rolling out great perks too which we appreciate!

Cons

Work life balance could be better

Pros

The company and employees are deeply mission-driven, empathetic and smart. Leadership is very strategic and transparent with bi-weekly All Hands and AMAs. The culture is supportive, diverse and inclusive with plenty of ERGs.

Cons

Only thing I can think of is no 401k matching at the moment
