Great place to work and grow

Pros

I have loved my time working at HS. I started just before the pandemic began and they handled that transition with grace. The people at the company are all friendly and welcoming. DEI efforts have been a big focus in hiring. Leadership is transparent and managers work with ICs on their goals and growth path. The company has great benefits, including unlimited PTO (which they actually encourage you to take advantage of) and really support a healthy work/life balance.

Cons

It's a fast-growing startup, so there are some growing pains, but leadership does everything they can to address that. Wish there was a 401k matching program

Pros

- Very invested in its people and cultivating a great work culture - Lots of mentoring and opportunities for career development - Dedicated to its core mission, vision, and values - Wonderful people to work with - Very supportive, collaborative environment - Remote work has been implemented pretty well - Good pay and benefits w/ unlimited PTO

Cons

- Later startup going through some growth and changes, so not for everyone (lots of hiring too but scaling has been done pretty thoughtfully thus far) - 401k but no match

Pros

- Committed to its core values and vision - Understand the importance of culture and how it can move a company forward - Great team atmosphere, mentoring, and career development - Have handled the pandemic and move to remote work environment well

Cons

- Mid-Late stage startup going through technical architectural and company changes as the business scales (not necessarily a con... but these transitions can be difficult for some to adapt to)
