Pros

The wage is relatively ok

Cons

racial, gender, and color-biased. If one isn't included in the groups I mentioned, one will be just a number and so a victim of every kind of mistreatment, starting from rejection by a supervisor to bullying and micro-managing to the last possible degree to cause maximum stress on coworkers.

Pros

The team environment is very supportive, and the company offers meaningful work that directly impacts patients’ lives. I enjoy the bilingual aspect of my role and the opportunity to help people understand their insurance coverage. Training was solid and communication is generally clear across departments.

Cons

Workload can be heavy at times, especially during insurance verification peaks. There’s room for improvement in streamlining some administrative systems.

Pros

Large company with lots of support and purchasing power

Cons

Feels too corporate sometimes, but that is what happens to the largest O&P in the country
