Pros

It's enjoyable to help and see patients regain their mobility. Overall, I'm impressed with the employees, and management is responsive to improvements when appropriate. Benefits are good and getting even better.

Cons

Not many cons to working here. Not sure how the pay compares to other companies?

The company was really great, and I felt that if it was my chosen field that there would be a lot of chance for opportunity. However there is a lot of the old culture that is still very well embedded within the management team, this however makes it hard to do things. Well, I can't necessarily speak for all of the senior leadership in regards to this but my boss had this issue.

Cons

MY particular department was lead by a boss who only worked well within a team of 1.
