Unorganized

Pros

Job security, great hours, higher pay when compared to similar jobs, and standard employee benefits.

Cons

The management team is very unorganized. To their credit, they aren't given the necessary resources to succeed. Many employees are unprofessional, and show their emotions daily. As the result of state health plan cuts, business is not what it once was. As a result, the clinic is always understaffed, patients suffer greatly, and the environment is usually stressful.

The worst Company

Business Outlook

Pros

Nice coworkers and good patient experience.

Cons

This is the worst company to work for. Everything revolves around corporate and management. The people who do most of the work (office staff) get no support. The higher ups aree untouchable. You don't even know that they exists. I have seen fraud, harrassement and everything else you could possible think of. Management have no training they are just grandfathered into their postition. They work you to death and expect you to focus only on Hanger and forget your family life. Incentives are horrible because you have managemnt who take the office bonus which everyone in the office contribute to and pocket it. No room for advancement. Human resource is a waste because they don't do anything. Overall terrible company.

STAY AWAY from working at Hanger

Pros

Team, co-workers, and free coffee (but you pay back in the excessive hours that are forced on you)

Cons

Certain management are not competent with loud talk and no actions. They are running this company to the ground. They expect you to work constantly and their vision is work first, and everything else second...even family. A few directors need to be evaluated and replaced so the company will head in the right direction. They are wasting company's and investors money because of poor planning and decisions. If they don't know something, they pretend to know it.
