Pros

Lots of flexibility with your schedule, no micro management, a couple good mentors in management position to help teach beginners about the medical device sales industry

Cons

Terrible expense coverage, terrible equipment reliability, barely any structure with making sure rental equipment was always correctly running (usually had to go out 3 or 4 times/week just to switch out broken equipment). Very little to no training - all learned on your own time and motivation.

Pros

Room for advancement, willing to advance your education, good work life balance, co-workers willing to help, and offer guidance as needed. Overall a challenging work environment that is pleasant to be in. Management is understanding of a learning curve during training.

Cons

Was hired on as a temporary employee seeking permanent employment, however time frame to become permanent has changed.
