Pros
Almost everyone I worked with in the front end, in addition to management and HR, was lovely to work with. They can be flexible with schedules, and if you are looking to get promoted to Shift Leader and have a higher pay or transfer to another department, there are lots of opportunities. As an employee, you also get better benefits from Hannaford Rewards.
Cons
When there is understaffing, it can be stressful, and there may be an instance where you are put on a day/time you cannot work or that is not posted, then reprimanded for not showing up.
