      Pros

      Pros: ° If you get a good team they're an amazing crew to have, I met my best friend through this job ° LGBT Friendly !

      Cons

      Cons: ° Drama. There is so much unneeded drama, we deal with retail customers who are rude already, having you leads spreading more drama and talking behind coworkers back is just nasty. ° I have never fully felt appreciated in my job and when I use my LEGAL off days because I am DISABLED I feel horrifically guilty because turn over is so high there's hardly people to cover the shift ° Turnover is pretty terrible ° Manager will get pronouns wrong and act like they're trying when its clear they're not

      My coworkers were super nice They provided uniforms

      Cons

      You will never get a raise They took away hazard pay a month after the pandemic started even though it was getting worse Crap scheduling Management is lazy and will watch as a floor workers struggle Understaffed (by their choice) Management will try to either not give you or cut your breaks short. Being hired as "part time" so they don't have to pay benefits.
