Pros

Worked with some pretty good people. Typical customer service job but pay was decent.

Cons

As with all retail, hours can be bad. If you want to get promoted be terrible at your job and apply for a job at another store. Your current store will give you a glowing review to get rid of you and then the other store is stuck with you instead of someone that is qualified for the job.

Pros

Good benefits once in Full-time position, flexible schedule. They will work with you if you have a second job. The way to get far is not to complain and simply do your job to the best of your ability. Starting drama will get you nowhere.

Cons

Low pay, especially if you are young. Raises are minimal. Assistant Managers make less than half of the Department Managers. Some managers really need to know they are accountable to higher management.
