Pros

- Hard work and innovation is rewarded. - Lots of growth & constant changes make for constant opportunities. - Some really excellent partners and managers across many departments.

Cons

- Lots of favoritism. Merit/competency is not the only way to get ahead. - Needs a lot work on DEI. Not recommended for anyone w/ a disability. Some women may not be comfortable here (though they’ve made HUGE improvements in this area). - Work/life balance is non-existent, and compensation does not make up for it. Almost always understaffed. - Growth highly exceeds the infrastructure needed to sustain it (ie. staffing, training, policies, organization, etc.).

Pros

Good people working here. Peers are hard working and dedicated.

Cons

Management does not trust employees. Makes decisions based on rumors not factual information. Lied to on many occasions. Get everything in writing. Training is terrible. Mid level management will throw their own employees under the bus to get ahead or cover for their mistakes.

Pros

The number of overtime hours increases the amount of your paycheck.

Cons

There is so much overtime it's hard to retain employees.. 12+ hours a day is the norm.
