Good pay and hours. Great for a first time job, they will teach you a lot. Loved my coworkers.

Cons

Having to say a script to every customer when your cashiering gets annoying and selling memberships can get tough.

Management seems more focused on following corporate guidelines and shifting blame onto others, rather than truly caring about the well-being and success of the team. The customer service role often involves dealing with angry and frustrated customers. The company's response to this situation is inadequate, with only $5-$10 gift cards and food offered as incentives and rewards to their employees. The lack of opportunities for advancement and promotions, and the lack of support for career development, is also disappointing and disheartening. Furthermore, the excessive micromanagement is detrimental to the team's morale and productivity. Overall, the work environment and management practices at this company need significant improvement.
