      Pros

      commission, most of the time you have nice coworkers and the managers will help you out if you need it.

      Cons

      We are located next to a bar so most of the customers that come in later in the evening have had a couple of drinks and are not the easiest to deal with.

      Unloading the Transfer Trailer. The Company hire's from the outside, not within the company's Employees.

      Pros

      Everyday there is change for the better. They have recently brought in better managers, better employees, and made the work areas much better. It's clear there is a good future at HFT. Community involvement and safety are important.

      Cons

      The benefits are good but the pay needs to improve.
