Great pay for upper management and bonus opportunities.

Cons

Absolutely worst retail schedule ever in all of my years of retail management experience. Most physically demanding retail job you can imagine, big box physical drain doesn't even come close. Work, life balance completely out of whack because of crazy schedule and physical exertion.
