It's a job, hard to get fired, can use pto often to make a paycheck, you get a discount, they hire anyone that passes back ground check.

Cons

Pay is extremely low compared to everyone else, standard operating procedures are the most inefficient way of doing things, not enough hours to do the assigned jobs in the manner they want you to do them, hard to keep good help due to pay, highest turnover ever, never worked anywhere so many people are unhappy and looking for other work, the employee senses is corporate doesn't care about them, not fun going to work knowing your going to fail everyday and there's nothing you can do about it because corporate won't give you the tools and man power to do your job the way it should be done.
