Friendly co-workers and the store manager is very nice.

Cons

Awful pay. My starting was 9.50 and I left when my pay just barely made 10.50. Other fast-food restaurants or retail stores could start you off at 11. If this is your first retail job ever or you're a high schooler then it wouldn't hurt to apply because I'm sure they always have openings. However the pay is just not there and you won't get compensated for working late or over-night shifts. You do earn a small commission if you sell memberships or insurance plans but if you're a cashier, it can sometimes be difficult because lines are always long.
