      Great Pay, Not best enviornment

      Pros

      Great Pay! Semi decent benefits. Bonus program is one of the best around for store management. Also potential to sell programs to earn small commissions.

      Cons

      Open on all holidays and weekends. No such thing as snow days, even in state of emergency. Expected to work minimum of 50 hours per week, with or without breaks. DM's are not team players and don't help when they should. Zero time off since employees constantly call for help or questions.

      Pros

      You get commission and team spirit is great. Bi-weekly pay on both your hours and commissions. They are lenient when it comes to schedule management and they pay you on your time off or sick days.

      Cons

      Promotion within (room for advancement) is tight if you have a relative working in the same store. Short hours as a part timer.

      If your lucky to get a good team you are good. Benefits are good. if u can get full time.

      Cons

      not enough hours to complete tasks. ridiculous scheduling. poorly under paid for amount of work done
