If you have the right Manager, the Company is great to work for. I started out as Head Pricing Coordinator, job was very stressful when the original Manager left to go to another store, the current Manager and District Manager created the full-time Asst Head Cashier position for me so I could retain my full-time status.

Cons

As the Head Pricing Coordinator, not enough time was given to complete some of the price changes, was expected to have entire store done in 6 hour period

Pros

The work is mentally challenging. The hours are very flexible. Most of my team is wonderful to work for. Commission available for those who make an effort.

Cons

Pay could be better for the amount of responsibility. Sometimes customers are difficult when you won't give them unathorized discounts. Constantly understaffed.
