      They offer spiffs and sick time. They're pretty up front about the pay and attendance expectations.

      Cons

      wish I could give this job full five stars. The manager staff is under a lot of guidelines which turn them into stress freaks. All the good managers are gone and the ones with no coaching abilities are still around. Doesn't make sense.
