Pros

great benefits, employee discounts, great team at this location. Upper senior management easy to talk to, visits to the store include meeting & talking with all employees

Cons

Area managers could take a lesson from senior management & open up to all employees within a location

Pros

Flexible schedule, decent benefits, Human Resources department will actually listen to employees which is nice. Benefits hotline can come in handy.

Cons

Pricing system takes too long, shipping system could be better, ordering system is a joke. Pay is way to low for what I do.

Only if I'm desperate

Pros

Paid time off accrues quickly, spiff program pays well (ESP part atleast)

Cons

Nepotism runs rampant in the managers, store manager and district manager unwilling to "see" problems, upper management doesn't take well to suggestions, upper management pushes all "unfavorable" work off on "lower managers" (head cashier, warehouse manager) and hides in the office.
