Pros

I enjoy being a part of the HFT team for many reasons. The company has grown so much and in its evolution, I feel our leadership team really works with all levels of the organization before making any drastic changes. I feel my opinions are valued. I can honestly say that the owner of the company as well as our senior most leaders truly care about its employees, are appreciative of all our work and genuinely exercise our core principles.

Cons

Meetings can often times go off track, run late, start late or get cancelled. Lots of work with a lean staff. However, it is refreshing to see how teams pull together and accomplish great things.

Flexible hours. fairly easy to get a day off in advance that's about it

Cons

customers unsatisfied with merchandise. They don't seem to realise the stuff is cheap because the stuff is cheap.

A decent job but don't expect much in the way of acknowledgement of your hard work.

Pros

Great place to work for someone who is just starting out in the workforce and doesn't have very many skills, and managers seem pretty willing to work with just about any schedule.

Cons

Very little opportunity for advancement, managers seem to stay managers, assistant managers stay assistant managers, and associates stay associates. Hours are divvied out based on sales performance, so working in the warehouse and having little interaction with customers means you might just see your hours dwindle down to 8 hrs a week.
