The commitment to excellence and continuous improvement can be seen everywhere. Opening a new store every 4 days creates great opportunities for store and warehouse associates to earn more and move up. Factory direct model allows Harbor Freight to constantly drive product quality improvements and offer unbeatable prices. Customers love the value and selection which makes working here fun and rewarding.

Cons

Harbor Freight is not the place for you if you don't want a fast-paced workplace focused on continuous improvement.
