Pros

Good entry level job, teaches a lot about costumer service, sales and basics.

Cons

The managers here seem to hire people who always bring drama to work. They aren't very professional and are not motivated to work. There a are few managers who are rude and unappreciative of the employees even if they do work hard; they play "favorites". There are other managers who are great and work hard to make everyone work as a team.

Didn't make it on the managers "Favoritism List"! Making a difference and Loving the Customer!!

Compensated for Extended Service Plans and Inside Track Sales. Paid Time Off accumulation. Sick Time Off accumulation.

Cons

Hired with pay as a cashier, yet only cashier maybe 3 times monthly. Hard work unappreciated. Hard to achieve FT hours. Unfavorable employee atmosphere among management.
