Pros

The Company is owned and run by a visionary leader. The stores are so much nicer than they used to be and it is fun to work here.

Cons

Some of the "old timers" are hanging on to the past so tightly that they cant see how much better things are today than they used to be.

Pros

Decent starting pay rate. ASM are paid hourly, which helps with work/life balance. You accrue PTO time quickly. There are opportunity for commission. Health benefits

Cons

The company restriction on part timers hours and payroll is a recipe for disaster. No part timer can more than 20 hours Your payroll is expected to be as low as 4%. Company expects extremely high productivity from inexperience part-times and low paid. Very low morale. Sink or swim culture. Little to no training is offered to any employee including management. Strenuous labor. "CYA"in-store management culture. Safety concerns the company takes no measures to reduce external shrink or protect employees in high-risk areas. Products are based off of planed obsolescence model.

Better than average starting pay and good benefits. A good company to work for if the management was any good.

Cons

The management at the store at Slidell, LA wouldn't work with second job schedule. Told me she would, but as soon as schedule was made she told me to figure it out myself. Very disrespectful and rude.
