At Harbor Freight, we value people above all else and we are committed to providing our Associates with competitive compensation to support their lives. We review the wages for our Retail Associates three times a year by comparing them with the market and minimum wage, and we also review them once a year during the annual performance review. We do our best to stay ahead of the minimum wage and we do not pay at the minimum wage. We also review the wages of surrounding retailers to determine the need for an increase in the current wage. We strongly urge our Associates to reach out to their HR Partners regarding any concerns, which includes management. Thank you for your hard work in Westland, MI and we will share your comments with senior leadership.
