At Harbor Freight, we value people above all else, and we are committed to providing our Associates with competitive compensation to support their lives. We review the wages for our Retail Associates three times a year by comparing them with the market and minimum wage, and we also review them once a year during the annual performance review. We do our best to stay ahead of the minimum wage, and we do not pay at the minimum wage. We also review the wages of surrounding retailers to determine the need for an increase in the current wage. Sometimes they hire from outside the company before the store opens. This doesn't give internal associates a chance to interview for the position.

There are yearly raises, PTO that you can cash out, paid sick time, 401k options, health incentives through personify

High turn around rate, they usually hire outside the business than inside for supervisor and management positions, they also take forever to fire bullies,
