Great benefits for full time and part time. Great pay for all positions in the store. Great culture throughout HFT.

Cons

Technology is behind compared to our competitors. With that being said, take the time now to fix what we have before adding anymore “new” rollouts going forward.

It has its ups and downs. There is a huge turn around rate for employees

The pay is great if you stick it out, you get raises pretty much every 6 months

Cons

There is a huge turn around when it come to staff. I’ve been through 3 head of the store managers, 4 retail managers, 7 supervisors 7-8 sr associates (full time cashier) and numerous part time cashiers..
