My manager believed in me - he trusted me to work on some great projects that both helped to elevate the company and myself professionally. My team was great but found out after leaving there was a bit of backstabbing going on. I made some good friends here during my time and enjoyed my employment. I would not be where I am today without the experience garnered while at HFT.

Cons

Sr Leadership is a different kind here. It’s very cut throat and if you don’t move quickly and in an agile manner this isn’t the place for you.

Poor Managemnt, they dont know how to lead Cheap products = cheap labor Part timers dont get much hours nor get the "opportunity" as they state to get promoted They expect high standards for an individual who does the jobs of 2 or 3
