Flexible scheduling, good co-workers, easy going management.

Cons

Pay is terrible with no real options for promotions. Communication between management and employees is little to non. They have a high turn over rate for employment.

Not enough hours yet so many things to get done. Rude customers who try to talk down to you. Some days you're just over worked. Inadequately compensated to do what my job title entails, still work truck, and be a main cashier at times.
