As a manager you have no hours to provide to your employees. Expect to do all the work, including running the business. Being hands in was not a problem, however when you have long lines and no employees to help. Upper management does not care. They proved no solution to the problem. Just look for ways to make it worse. They treat you like crap, have no emotions towards you as a human or an employee. Price changes are brutal. No proper system or hours in place to get done. However they expect you to do the whole store within hours.

After I was hired human resources never put me in their system so I couldn't fill out the new hire paperwork. After the 5th time of finally putting me in the system human resources took their sweet time sending the store my employee number even though I was on the schedule. Spent 3 weeks of going back and forth to never work a day there because human resources is incompetent.
