      Amazing people to work with.

      No room for advancement, raises were very minimal, they expect a lot from you and do not compensate you for it.

      Pros

      Good work life balance. You are not overloaded with tons of reports and deadlines.

      Cons

      The company pushes diversity and inclusion training but then doesn't practice the very things they train. I reported instances of discrimination, harassment, hostile work environment and inappropriate behavior from a superior and not one thing was done with my complaints. There was not even an investigation that was promised when I made the complaints. A month later I was terminated. I had never been written up or given any type of negative feedback.
