Cons

Constant policy changes not involving SOP. Way too much micromanaging. Best workers made examples of not a good way to lift moral. Lack of transparency & communication where its "my way or the highway". No accountability.

Cons

Maintaining national contracts with companies who have consistently and blatantly violated contractual terms, such as Thyssenkrupp, can make it difficult for property managers to effectively manage their properties.
