Pros

You get to wear blue everyday

Cons

Disorganized, not friendly to employees. They will overwork you and treat you like just a number. They hire based on who they like and not on merit. Not the best experience.

Pros

-Harbor Group Management has many talented leaders across departments and regions who are passionate and capable. -The company continues to grow and expand its footprint, covering a wide geographic area with a diverse portfolio. -Executive leadership is approachable, friendly, and intelligent. -Most teams are made up of supportive and collaborative coworkers who are eager to help one another succeed.

Cons

-Unfortunately, many of the most effective leaders are burning out due to outdated processes and questionable hiring decisions. -Several long-tenured employees have exited, especially in regions like Florida, due to poor workplace environments and lack of support. -A newly implemented return-to-office policy has driven away experienced remote employees, creating significant knowledge gaps. -Opportunities for internal promotion and career growth have diminished, with advancement largely limited to those within senior leadership’s inner circle. -Annual pay increases are minimal, unless you consider resigning — then negotiations may suddenly open. -The company’s culture around recognition and upward mobility has shifted in a way that leaves many high performers feeling overlooked.
