Decent pay, good leasing commission.

Cons

Outdated, overly complicated leasing systems. Too many separate systems required to do basic property functions. Having to put in help desk tickets almost daily for basic things not working properly. The entire organization seems like it's so disorganized. Too many random video calls and unnecessary online learning courses.

Strong emphasis on learning, growth, and doing things the right way. Team-oriented culture where collaboration is encouraged. Reliable systems and tools that make day-to-day work efficient once learned.

Cons

Initial onboarding for new PM's would benefit from one to two weeks of dedicated, in-person 1-on-1 training across all systems currently used by every roll on the property level to help new hires feel fully confident from the start.

Overall, it’s a welcoming environment with solid structure and resources for new employees.

Cons

The interview and hiring process took a bit longer than expected, though it was clear the company is intentional about finding the right fit. The paid time off is slightly less than what I’ve experienced elsewhere, and the healthcare and retirement benefits have a waiting period before they become active.
