Working at Harbor Group has been an incredible experience. The resources, systems, and guides in place have made it possible for me to perform my job and complete tasks efficiently. The mentorship program and extensive resources provided have created a motivated and productive work environment that I truly appreciate. One of the biggest reasons I continue to enjoy working at Harbor Group is the opportunity for growth. I started as a leasing agent with no experience, and thanks to the support and growth opportunities within the company, I’ve had the chance to advance to Property Manager. Harbor Group’s team culture and constant appreciation of its employees are major factors in making it such a rewarding place to work. I am proud to be a part of Harbor Group and look forward to continuing my career here.

Cons

As with any career or job, there are downsides, and property management is no exception. However, I can confidently say that any challenges I’ve encountered in this field have nothing to do with the company itself. They are simply part of what property management entails, no matter where you are.
