      You get to wear blue everyday

      Cons

      Disorganized, not friendly to employees. They will overwork you and treat you like just a number. They hire based on who they like and not on merit. Not the best experience.

      No Support Run as fast as you can

      Employee discount to live on site. Lots of holidays

      Cons

      Pay is not great for everything your expected to do. No support from upper management. You are left in dark about decisions made on property. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE. I was left running 4 properties for little money

      You get every Jewish holiday off. I'm not Jewish.

      Cons

      The company does not care about the people they hire. You are just filling a spot. If you have true concerns the management and upper management do not care. If it does not benefit the investors they do not care.
