Pros

The positive or negative experience an onsite manager has in property management is directly related to the leadership above them. Training, leadership, communication, accountability , clear expectations and public praise are the package I looked for when considering to align myself with HG. It was not a mistake! I've been in this industry for 40 years and HG is by far the best I've worked with.

Cons

New programs roll out continuously, but that's the nature of a consistently growing company. Budgets sometimes seem unreasonable, but that's with every management company I've worked for.
