      HG cares about its employees, and it shows with a substantial holiday bonus, numerous free meals, and good performance review program. Plenty of challenging work available with the rate of growth/acquisition. High profile properties

      Cons

      Constant growth/acquisition has the expected effect on workload. Practically zero flexibility in remote work options (this comes down from the C suite level). Uses outdated system.

      Harbor Group listens to your concerns and if you have ideas they listen. We have most paid holidays off The pay is very fair so are comissions

      Cons

      I wish we could wear office casual on Fridays.
