      Pros

      I have had a great experiencing working for Harbor Group. The culture is collaborative, management is appreciative, and there are endless opportunities for growth and development.

      Cons

      There are always lots of projects going on but it keeps work interesting.

      Great holidays, great overall team members

      Pros

      Holidays, commission base, training and the vision of the CEO and corporate team are great.

      Cons

      Too big to be able to communicate with corporate so the onsite teams tend to not feel supported, heard or motivated since there is a big gap between the corporate office and these teams. Needs more improvement on the tools and budget to run and assist properties. Small budget for resident events.
