Actually values you as an individual; encouraged and willing to help you learn, advance, grow, and achieve success; many extra benefits, incentives, and preferred employer discounts offered that I’ve never heard of any other company offering; internships; mentoring; education reimbursement; housing discounts; work attire allotments; recognition & awards; company/regional portfolio events; regional contests for prizes or extra bonus pay; I even get a bday card mailed to me, and they just added a birthday PTO day that can be used to take off on our bday or any day of your bday month outside of accrued vacation and sick PTO, plus volunteer and floating PTO days, and we received a full 80 hours of Covid special pay.

Cons

I don’t really have any cons that come to mind with regards to Harbor Group Management, they’ve seriously taken care of me extremely well and helped me grow as a person on a professional level and personal level outside of work.

No pros at all, it was a nightmare.

Cons

Management is extremely unprofessional and catty, like you’re in high school. Managers and employees steal money orders.
