      Pros

      Harbor Group is rapidly growing across the country, providing a lot of opportunity for growth. The promote a culture of diversity and inclusion and treat all employees fairly. If you are willing to put in the time and the energy, you will be rewarded for your efforts!

      They are a little behind in technology, but are striving to bridge that gap.

      Pros

      They have a decent bonus & commission pay, paid holidays, & decent benefits. Maintenance staff and leasing staff is the only reason to stay. Property Managers, Regional Managers, and higher only care about themselves.

      Cons

      There is no upward mobility for growth or advancement. Upper management have zero communication, and it doesn't matter how hard you work to show results they will find ways to undermine you and cut corners. If you are applying for the MA portfolio I would run far, far away!

      Pros

      Working Hours , Pay, Commission, and Management is great. I think its one of the top pay property management companies in Orlando

      Cons

      Not much con expect it gets REALLY busy during summertime. With good support you should be fine. It is a very tedious job with a lot to know.
