The support of the corporate staff is unlike most most management companies. The bonuses are fair and consistent. The company cares about your personal life and work balance. Invest in your personal and professional growth. Creates a pleasant culture for employees

Cons

It may not be a con but be prepared for a property sale.

Pros

Offers lots of support. They are continually growing which provides a lot of growth opportunity. They believe in work/life balance. Upper management works side by side with you and doesn’t make you feel they are above you.

Cons

Lots of hours. They definitely get their money’s worth out of their employees. Lots of reporting. Some of the reporting is too repetitive. Benefits are not the greatest, but given that they are growing, they could probably re-evaluate them.
