      fair in benefits, is good

      this do not reflect the whole company. but in my case the property manager was so bad on money, class a property and did not wanted to buy supplies not even coffee, in one year only bought donats 2 times when we had visitors, she was not apreciative on hard work achieved, as a lead I always looked for best lower prices to save company money but she never apreciated,

      Your managers will try to help you if they can, Great pay in some of the communities, you learn to do everything cause most of the time managers are overwhelmed with work, Great training ,

      Cons

      unorganized , regional and district managers don't help (mine lied about our community to the owners), they don't hire enough maintenance staff, they take forever to approve supplies for office and maintenance staff, no acknowledgement for the extra work

      Pros

      Pay is real good $$$. They let ya do your job without barking at ya. Boss is nice are nice to ya and tell ya hey you are doing good job. Insurras cost nothing. They have website comuter to see how to do it. They are say, get it done please and good job to you, Do work and they don't yell at ya how do it.

      Cons

      WE need more guys. It like to much work for some many apartments.
