      Very fast pace very demanding, but you get bonuses for your leases and even house bonuses for renewals

      Pros

      Very fast paced, something new everyday. You will meet some great people and make some great connections. As long as your self motivated and don't mind when it gets a little crazy in the office you'll be okay. They offer career apparel bonus every 6 months.

      Cons

      They buy and sell properties a lot and you have to learn as you go, no formal training. Not all of the managers are formally traibed. They do offer a lot of classes but I can say that not everybody listens. You won't get weekends unless the manager is very nice. I missed every holiday while I worked here

      They fly you out to participate in their Company Conference.

      Cons

      Upper management has no clue on what's going on at the properties. If you numbers are good on week one...you are the best thing since sliced bread...if they drop the next week, they have no problem telling you that "heads are going to roll, and someone's going to lose their job if the numbers are not back up next week".. The regional was absolutely horrible! They are cashed based, so you are forced to treat residents like hardened criminals if they don't pay their rent. By any means necessary, you better collect every single penny, including knocking on doors at 9pm, or as early at 5am. Working on major holidays such as Thanksgiving or Christmas in order to knock on doors, without pay or extra time off... This company has no integrity.
