Jared Isaacaman, founder and CEO, is by far the classiest person that I met in my life(I am talking about people that have that kind of power and wealth as Jared Isaacamn). He build his companies by having great vision and by working hard. I enjoined more to work for him than than for CEOs who earn their wealth by risking somebody else money(managers in Financial Services industry).

Cons

Since company groove so fast, sometimes it can be challenging to recognize which department is in charged of specific task.
