      Leadership is non-existent. Toxic workplace environment where leaders care more about the people at the top than those doing all the work. Culture of positivity ONLY, we are not allowed to share dissenting opinions or remark on anything that could be considered negative. Be prepared to be cut out of your work and have leaders take all the credit and you all the blame. If you speak up, you are blamed.
