      Relaxed and mostly self-managed work environment Fun product to work on

      Cons

      Benefits continue to be eliminated and work continues to grow due to international expansion (more work in other time zones) There has been roughly one major strategic or organizational change, including layoffs, each year over recent years

      Pros

      Harley-Davidson has passionate employees, great products (motorcycles, accessories and clothing) and a great brand. A healthy global dealer network. The company is financially healthy.

      Cons

      Harley-Davidson had and keeps having a lots of significant org changes. A factory will be closed next year. The market is very challenging in the US. Lots of talk about values but in some cases only seems to apply to people below VP level.
