Pros

Harley has deep engineering talent in many areas despite the staff reductions over the last 5 years. The testing lab and subject matter experts are the strength of the engineering group.

Cons

Unfortunately, the continuing loss of sales is forcing leadership to reduce engineering resources. The workload for those remaining is bordering on overwhelming.

The pay is not bad for having no degree background (i have a degree). Climate controlled

Lots of layoffs. Moving people around a lot. Company is struggling so lots of uncertainty
