      Pros

      Harley was an amazing place to work at a time.

      Cons

      They hire and fire temps to build a use to be awesome motorcycle to cut down on cost and maximize profits. They are just a money hungry corporation now who don't care about their products or their employees.

      Pros

      Interesting and challenging work. In general, very understanding managers. Learn a great deal about various areas of engineering quickly. Easy own program for buying/trading motorcycles 6% 401k match 3 weeks vacation starting

      Cons

      Understaffed. Minimum work/life balance. Workload not distributed even among the team. No form of compensation for frequent long hours worked. (50 is a minimum for this posisition although more is not uncommon)

      Looks good on your resume and the pay is awesome if you're full time employee.

      Cons

      Not being considered full time employee when you're doing the job. No benefits or paid vacation time sucks.
