If you like motorcycles and you're in awe of the brand, then you would find this THE place to work.

Cons

Management complains about quality but they killed all the quality programs. Management complains about cost and sends work over seas and complains about poor quality. Benefits have slowly and quietly been disappearing--decreasing or erroding-over time but Management wants you to believe they're great and awesome. 4th reorganization of the department in 3 years.

Supervision was demanding and almost always refused to listen to suggestions, hours were almost always full time but ot was inconsistent at best and needs were assessed daily, work life balance was essentially zero and benefits were great if you actually got to use them
